Dreamworld Dynamis - Issues and tracking

I looked into the mega boss Cirrate Christelle and saw that it was all commented out.
I'm assuming this is because the mob has not been implemented yet.

This led me to wonder why the Creeper's Juju wasn't dropping at all only to find that it was implemented in the drop list and could be obtained with !additem 3456. The drop rate on the mob_droplist.sql is set to 1%
EDIT: It seems ffxiclopedia has lied yet again the Creeper;s Juju is dropping form every low tier none beastmen mob that i kill
So this part isn't realy an issue just me being a knob and wiki being evil.... I used https://www.bg-wiki.com/ffxi/Dynamis_-_Buburimu
to verify that the regular standard was the lower tier mobs for the mega boss drop which makes sense since the higher tier were for
the arch mega boss stuff

I tried obtaining it with 99 THF job trait TH only and having the DROP_RATE_MULTIPLIER = 3.0

I then went to get all the time extensions in the area and proceeded to kill every mob on the west side of the map past selbina which are Challenge Rating = Decent Challenge

I got everything but the Creeper's Juju so it has me a bit baffled as to why it isn't dropping at all considering some mobs were dropping 3 curency, a pop item for other NM's and 3 pieces of -1 relic gear.

Just for giggles and testing i uncommented the zone.lua for Cirrate Christelle used !assitem 3456 to get the Creeper;s Juju and popped the NM without issue.
I noted the skills it used as
Impale
Bad Breath
Sweet Breath

Dropped item was Fiendish Tome II: Chp1
KI: Dynamis Valkurm Sliver

Might be an idea to uncomment the NM in the zone.lua to allow for progression in the story?

I think right now the blocking event is Dynamis-Jeuno (iirc). Until that's done, there's a lot of untested territory.

yeah i saw alot of things that were odd there as well like a lack of NM's popping but i had a poke around the issues and found that thre were already things raised towards them. I suppose I will rename this to dreaworld dynamis problems for people to comment on their sittings for later on i suppose. I the meantime i'm going to farm each zone and test each pop and see what comes of it all and note it here for reference if that helps.

Was going to say, if you want to make a ton of folks happy, start at Jeuno and move up. Once that data gets corrected, it'll open up a whole new world for people.

I think the only thing i noticed in jeuno for progress was a lack of having NM's pop even when the NMN pop parameters are set to
NM_LOTTERY_CHANCE = -1,
NM_LOTTERY_COOLDOWN = 0,
I had run the whole zone three times killing everything and not even one NM popped.
Forced popped EVERYTHING i could in the zone fromthe ID list and there were overlapping ones as well but i think that was being handled in a PR or two so I guess the underlying question would be
Is there a reason the NM's are not popping at all? (this is what stalled me there until i force popped them to get the boss pop.
