delete_character never returns

Sending this:

{"type":"Game:delete_character","slot":3}

Never returns anything back.

Additionally, it would be nice if it were possible to send an extra param with create_character to tell it to delete the existing character, as there will, UI-wise, not be a way to delete a character without putting a new one in its place.
