XAI tab does not give a hint to first train a final learner in predict tab #10

Explain only works if the final predict learner has been trained. there should be information on this.

Affected functionalities:

When no final learner is trained, the first panel in the explain tab does not give information where to train the learner -> update this

LamaTe added the enhancement label
