Make Nintendo Gallery 100% Completion Possible In All Playthroughs

This would require the following changes:

• Add the unavailable Legendary Pictographs Unavailable Legendary Pictographs #331
• Add Tetra somewhere ingame
• Make sure that the Deluxe Picto Box and Empty Bottle (to get the Forest Firefly) and Grappling Hook (to enter Forest Haven) comes up in the logic before the following fights: Cyclos, Helmaroc King, Wind Temple Wizzrobe Boss, at least one Big Octo fight

Extra notes:

• Phantom/Puppet Ganon can be encountered and pictographed after getting the Ganon's Tower chest, making them irrelevant for any logic changes
• Knuckle's figurine is optional, although he could be added for completion's sake. Knuckle can appear on Outset Island and Tingle Island if the Tingle Tuner is being used (see the bottom of this page): https://www.zeldadungeon.net/wiki/Nintendo_Gallery_Guide

Alternative solution: If the logic makes it impossible to get one of the four fights above, grant that player the figurine automatically.

Upon further thought, making the Deluxe Picto Box available before at least one Big Octo fight is problematic, because players won't know in what order the Big Octos should be fought. It should be made available before all of them (or an alternative solution applied).

Perhaps this extra logic could be made an option, in case players not interested in the Nintendo Gallery want more randomness.
