Illuminations 1.10.9 - 1.19 is not available on curseforge and I cannot disable the effective toast

I want to get rid of that toast message about effective, because effective is incompatible with some of my other mods in my modpack, but I still want illuminations. Is there a way to either disable the toast or download the latest version before the toast was added (i.e. 1.10.9, which is not visible in curseforge)? I checked the config and there is no option to disable the toast.
