[Feature request] Draggable scroll-bar in chapter list (entry screen)

Describe your suggested feature

It has to be just like tachiyomi draggable scroll-bar; the current Jump To is... not comfortable in comparion.

This video shows it is possible with react native. You can leave out the fancy animation.

In the past I already once asked for this feature, but they told me it is not possible.
Maybe react native 0.76 changed something idk.
