Madokami host both manga and light novels. It uploads the same content found on nyaa without any compression. Since it has nyaa stuff, there's an official rips uploaded by Lucaz, 1r0n, etc. The light novels are in EPUB format, and sometimes it has both EPUB and PDF (depends on the uploader). Since there's manga extension for this (keiyoushi), I think it should be available for light novels too.
