Upon rendering, I get

WARN: Theme file not found: /Users/stamm-a/Projects/egait-segmentation-computo/code-block-all.scss

I cannot reproduce this warning, what command are you running when you get it?

I just hit Render in RStudio on the .qmd.

Did you install the Computo extension?
quarto add computorg/computo-quarto-extension

Yes!

The file code-block-all.scss is indeed not present in the _extensions/computorg/computo folder, but this is not giving me any warning.
I found a file with this exact name in the github of the computorg in the repository RR2023
Maybe you can add it to your _extensions/computorg/computo folder? (as the _extensions folder is not supposed to be pushed to the repository)

It worked thanks! Might be worth mentioning that as bug report.
