Selecting active project should not reset project

Updating AB

• Yes, I have updated AB and still experience this issue

What happened?

When a project is selected, AB loads the project. However, when a user selects the project that is currently active, the project is reloaded. This can be annoying as all databases/activities/results etc are closed.

We should check whether the selected project is the active project and if the case, AB should not do anything.

This should also be checked when using the new projects menu (#1362)
