What is the purpose of the IoT use case? - Question #13

Hello,

This is a question and not a bug. I dont see discussion open, so asking my question here.

I dont understand the IoT use case "https://github.com/LABORA-INF-UFG/SBrT2020-Minicurso1/blob/master/docs/non3gpp-iot-use-case/non3gpp-iot-use-case.md". Because what is the purpose of a LoRa Gateway talking to n3iwf? n3iwf is mainly to support mobility between indoor and outdoor. And the LoRa gateway will be in a stable location.
