Printing on my PC, meanwhile, works perfectly. Any idea how to correct this? Thanks!

Hi, I'd like to know more about your setup. What computer do you have the DYMO connected to and how did you set up the printer on that computer?

Hello! For the PC (windows 10) I had to add the network address and then just choose the driver I think. For the iphone, it was just automatically found. I think I had a couple issues I opened with that you helped me with and I couldnt have done it without you haha.

Ah! Yes I remember. I didn't make the connection right away.

My guess is it's either the paper size selection or the document itself.

Does it always happen with any document you print?

Otherwise, which paper do you have loaded and what paper size do you have selected on the iPhone?

The paper is just 4x6 label paper. It happens with any document (which are on labels). I'll check what the paper size on the iphone is but I suspect its the same thing because otherwise it'd print a bunch of label and completely incorrectly (I've done it before lol). I wonder if its a margins thing, though I dont really know how that can be fixed or even looked at on the iphone. Thanks for trying to help!
