What

Our installation guides are quite confusing and scattered. They have too much information about the actual gateway provider in them. Instead we should have a focused install guide for Kuadrant with separate docs for any specific considerations when integration with a particular Gateway provider. We should probably not maintain an steps for installing Isito for example but instead link to existing docs and options
