The flat world generator is much, much more simple than the complex, noise-based generator that is the default option for most Minecraft worlds. It is a very reasonable starting point, and will much be easier to implement. It will also remove the requirement for a world to be provided to Krypton on load or have it fail, which can sometimes confuse new users.
