Release 0.9

A new release is out!

See the changelog for a list of all changes.

Most notable changes are:

• Overhaul of the UI code
• Initiative tracker got some more useful features
• Note system added
• New way to manage assets as the DM
• Freestyle brush

A zip file (planarserver.zip) is provided from now on that includes a .exe file to run the webserver without having to install anything yourself. Extract this folder somewhere and doubleclick on the PlanarAllyServer.exe file in this folder.

MAKE SURE NOT TO MOVE ANYTHING IN THIS FOLDER. moving the entire folder itself is fine though.
