[BUG] : Fix Subject Field and Min-Max Character Validation for Message Box on Contact Us Page

Overview

• The Contact Us page is currently not able to validate subject field, which is crucial for users to specify the purpose of their message.
• Additionally, the message box does not enforce minimum or maximum character limits, which could lead to incomplete or excessive submissions.
