What happened?

Steps to Reproduce

• Navigate to the "Contact Us" page.
• Filling out the form and submitting.
• Observe the issues encountered (e.g., form submission errors, UI elements not displaying correctly).

Expected Behavior

• The form should submit successfully and provide a confirmation message.
• The UI should be visually appealing and user-friendly, with all elements properly aligned and functional.

Actual Behavior

• The form doesn't get submitted with no confirmation message
• The UI should be concise and responsive
