Hi, I'm studing this repo and I've noticed that he flat_kivy module referenced by this project doesn't seem the same as the official one (https://github.com/Kovak/FlatKivy)... For example, 'flat_kivy.ui_element' doesn't exist anymore.
Any clue?

This is the oldest and most original form for FlatKivy, the repo has been reorganized and updated more. For a more recent example of a flatkivy app: https://github.com/Kovak/KivyNBT

Thanks for your suggestion. I'll check out KivyNBT asp.
However... would it be possible to see a live example of Kivysurvey? The referenced old flatkivy is not included in the this repo.
