Plates prepared today using solutions made up on Tuesday.

Compound 180 had to be remade for the N brasiliensis plate as it ran out (due to error the other day).

7G in N brasiliensis plate is empty - again, didn't have enough of the 730 solution. Used what was there to make the 25u uM dilution only.

All made with 2% DMSO supplemented MH broth - this was also used for controls for S aureus etc

Didn't end up filling out N brasiliensis plates as the culture had not grown sufficiently (unsure why). Instead, only A madurae plates were prepared. Put in 37 C incubator at ~ 5 pm.

A madurae culture was 6 days old.

N brasiliensis plates will be used in #263 instead.

No sign of contamination by S aureus in other wells. S aureus growing well - not sure how to do the MIC line for this given that it's so different betweeen A madurae and S aureus. 1 in 4 dilutions maybe?

Can clearly see contamination + desired bacterial growth on agar plates.
