"Export Code" button is not accessible when selecting a component

Describe the bug

Sometimes (especially when selecting a component), the "Export Code" button is not accessible, there's a kind of hidden overflow.
When reducing the window height, it's cropped even more higher, the whole "Export" section is missing (see screenshots below), and even scrolling down at maximum can't help.

To Reproduce

1. Create a new project or open an existing one
2. Place a button and click on it
3. Check the right sidebar with all actions/properties

Expected behavior

All properties and actions should always be accessible, using the already existing scrollbar.
