I have added a comment on that. It seems that the current bat may only work on amd cpu. This needs to be further checked.

I have CPU Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-6100 CPU @ 3.70GHz
Open Prompt and Run files have been tested and work on Windows 10. Installer for Windows file. Open for reading in the editor is in a test state tomorrow I will record a video test.
