The renovate action doesn't offer updated versions of the Google SDK (and other dependencies installed via vcpkg).
It seems that Conan is supported Renovate for conan

It might be worth trying to migrate to conan in order to get notified (via PR creation by renovate) when new versions of dependencies are published.
