UART-to-CAN mode

Hello Kevin,

can this firmware be used as UART-to-CAN bridge or USB-to-CAN bridge only (as it is in Klipper)?

I do not have a spare USB port on my Linux board to attach an USB2CAN adapter, but I have one unused serial UART port /dev/ttyS0 and would want to convert it to can0 interface with slcan, SN65HVD230 and rp2040 in UART-CAN bridge mode.

Is it possible?
