RJP migration fails if content target deleted or trashed item.

as it issue for both Usync Migration and Usync

Reproduction steps:
-> use Multinode treep picker in block
-> select page
-> remove page (fully)
and usync file still contains deleted node and cannot be imported 🤔

Hi,

I don't know if I am missing a secret setting for validation or something - because I can't get the import to fail for this.(and other people report some validation issues on MNTP too, but i can't reproduce any off them 😞 )

on Umbrco 12.2 -

either
a) following the steps above.
or b)

• turning off all export on save, doing similar, but making sure i have a node with invalid links in it.
• deleting all the content but preserving some uSync files with broken links inside block list elements.
• importing.

Every time the items import fine, there is nothing inside the MTNP inside the content (as expected) but everything else is imported.

Maybe is umbraco version related?
I tried on same version as I work on 10.7.0 with latest usync v10?
