Do you mean by providing an option to remove the screenshot picture animation and flashes the screen instead? That's possible.

Note: I noticed that there is a dedicated button for taking screenshots, could there be one via configuration?

Maybe. But I think buttons are actually very useless for screenshots in Java Edition since everyone knows how to use F2... I suppose.
