+# Police Department Rules
+
+Besides these rules, all members are obligated to respect both the [Server Rules](../..) as well as [Department Rules](../department-rules.md).
+
+## 1. Faction Commands
+
+- [/r] - you speak in the faction chat.
+- [/d] - you speak in the common chat between departments.
+- [/duty] - you put yourself on duty.
+- [/mdc < id >] - you check a player's crimes.
+- [/tazer] - you mount the stun gun on the Deagle and immobilize the player you shoot for 8 seconds.
+- [/su < id >] - you grant wanted status to a player from a predefined list.
+- [/nearwanted] - you open a list of nearby players with wanted status.
+- [/wanted] - shows all the suspects that have wanted.
+- [/m < text >] - from inside a police vehicle, you use the megaphone to broadcast a message over a larger area.
+- [/ms] - you send an automatic message (warning) to the player you are aiming at.
+- [/cuff < id >] - you handcuff a player.
+- [/clear < id >] - you clear the wanted status of a player (in case you mistakenly granted it).

+- [/backup] - marks the position on the map and sends a help message to all departments.
+- [/cbackup] - cancels the above message.
+- [/ticket < id >] - issue a fine to a player.
+- [/startradar < limit >] - deploy a radar with a specific speed limit.
+- [/stopradar] - stop the radar.
+
+## 2. General Overview
+
+2.1 You are required to always obey a superior rank. Those who do not obey a superior rank, respectively do not obey their orders, will be sanctioned accordingly, from Faction Warn to Dismissal.
+
+2.2 Faction Warn Clear manual is a privilege granted by the leadership of LSPD, not a right. Do not ask for FW clear from the leader or subleader (sanction: Faction Warn).
+
+## 3. Meetings and Trainings
+
+3.1 Anyone who is late for a meeting / training will come to the Armoury / Meeting Room without making noise in the chat or on [/r].
+
+3.2 During meetings or training sessions, you will silence your phones and listen to the leader, subleader, or trainer until they allow you to speak. Until then, you are required not to use the chat without a valid reason (sanction: Verbal Warning or Faction Warn, as appropriate).
+
+3.2.1 During activities, only faction leadership is allowed to approve the use of vehicles from the garage (sanction: Verbal Warning or Faction Warn, as appropriate).
+
+3.3 Members present at activities are required to follow the organizer's instructions and demonstrate discipline and respect towards them. Jokes at their expense are not allowed (sanction: Verbal Warning or Faction Warn, as appropriate).
+
+3.4 For admins of levels 1-3, if the mandatory activity takes place during wars, they will be automatically excused, provided that they fulfill their admin duties regarding catching code abusers.
+
+3.5 For subleaders, the leader will decide whether to sanction their absence from mandatory activities when they have not submitted an inactivity request for that week.
+
+## 4. Roads and SWAT
+
+4.1 You are required to respect the team you have been assigned to. The sanctions specified in this chapter will accumulate, potentially resulting in your Dismissal with FP if you do not respect this affiliation.
+
+### Roads
+
+4.2 The road team is primarily responsible for issuing fines and suspending players' driving licenses for violating traffic rules outlined in the Wanted & Ticket List topic.
+
+4.3 Members of the road team are prohibited from using the [/confiscate] command (drugs, weapons, materials, etc.) while using the [/frisk] command to check for alcohol levels; the sanction is a Faction Warn! If a player caught by radar possesses illegal items, this can be reported on [/d], and a SWAT colleague will handle it.
+
+4.4 A member of the road team is only allowed to arrest suspects whose wanted status has been granted by them or suspects who surrender to them voluntarily. In the latter case, it is necessary to ask on [/d] if you can take them. Additionally, they may respond by killing suspects who attack them (sanction: Faction Warn).
+
+4.5 A member of the road team is not allowed to pursue suspects without the right to surrender (even if they have given them a wanted status), regardless of rank. They may only respond by killing suspects who attack them, whether or not they have the right to surrender (sanction: Faction Warn).
+
+4.6 Members of the road team are prohibited from using their personal vehicle (for surveillance, issuing fines, etc.). They must use department vehicles for traffic-related actions (sanction: Faction Warn).
+
+4.6.1 They may use their personal vehicle only if they are rank 3+ and want to arrest a player to whom they have given a wanted status.
+
+4.7 Patroling in other cities must be approved by a rank 3+ member from the respective city's department.
+
+4.7.1 If after 3 permission requests on [/d], with a minimum of 10 seconds between them, no response is received, the member may patrol.
+
+4.7.2 The member is required to provide evidence of the permission received or of the three requests (sanction: Faction Warn).
+
+4.7.3 The sanction for those who patrol in another city despite being refused by the department of that city, thus not having permission, is a Faction Warn.
+
+4.7.4 The only situation in which you can confiscate licenses in other cities without patrol approval is when you are passing through and can prove it. If your evidence does not prove that you were passing through, you receive a Faction Warn.
+
+4.8 You are not allowed to set up surveillance to confiscate licenses in other cities, under any circumstances (sanction: Faction Warn).
+
+4.9 Members of the road team can use evidence from other police officers (regardless of team) to sanction a player.
+
+4.9.1 You are not allowed to use evidence received from civilians; these will be considered invalid, and the officer will be sanctioned accordingly, that evidence being considered invalid.
+
+4.10 Sanctioning suspects without the right to surrender when they violate traffic rules is prohibited.
+
+### SWAT
+
+4.11 The SWAT team is responsible for tracking and arresting suspects with wanted levels 1-2, killing suspects without the right to surrender (only rank 4+), searching players, and confiscating prohibited items (materials, drugs, and weapons) based on regulations.
+
+4.12 SWAT members are prohibited from setting up radar (sanction: Faction Warn).
+
+4.13 SWAT members are prohibited from carrying out road-related activities (confiscation, ticketing, etc.). If a SWAT member catches a player driving improperly, they can pass the evidence to a road team member! (sanction: Faction Warn).
+
+4.14 SWAT members ranked 3+ can pursue/arrest with almost any vehicle.
+
+4.15 Those ranked below 3 are prohibited from using anything other than department vehicles to pursue suspects with wanted levels. This rule applies only if the member is the DRIVER (sanction: Faction Warn).
+
+4.16 SWAT members ranked 4+ are allowed to pursue any suspect with a wanted level (regardless of the current level of wanted, right to surrender).
+
+4.16.1 Those ranked below 4 are prohibited from pursuing and arresting suspects with a wanted level higher than 2. They are required to focus on suspects with wanted levels 1-2, and if there are no wanted levels 1 and 2 in the Wanted List, a screenshot must be taken to prove this, and only then can pursuit of suspects with wanted levels 3 and 4, and then 5 and 6, be pursued (sanction: Faction Warn).
+
+4.17 A SWAT team member can gather evidence of a player violating traffic rules and send the evidence to a road team colleague.
+
+4.18 Any evidence from a department member will be considered valid; evidence from civilians is invalid.
+
+4.19 Faction members ranked 5+ operate in both teams.
+
+4.20 SWAT members ranked 2-3 can pursue players with wanted levels granted by them, regardless of the wanted level, as long as they have the right to surrender.
+
+## 5. Tickets
+
+5.1 If the fined player does not pay the fine on the spot (refuses or flees), the officer has the right to grant them the wanted level "Not Paying Ticket".
+
+5.2 If the player does not have enough money on hand to pay the fine, the officer is obliged to take them to an ATM or the bank to withdraw the necessary amount to pay the fine. If the player refuses, the officer has the right to grant them the wanted level "Not Paying Ticket". If the player does not have enough money in the bank, they will receive the wanted level for "Not Paying Ticket".

+5.3 You are not allowed to fine a player to whom you have given a wanted level 2 "Disobeying Orders". This rule also applies to players who leave the server and automatically receive wanted level 2 "Disconnected While Wanted" (sanction: Faction Warn).
+
+5.4 You are not allowed to fine players in Jail (sanction: Faction Warn).
+
+5.5 You are not allowed to give money to a player who does not have money to pay the fine (sanction: Faction Warn).
+
+5.5.1 If you catch a civilian with a level between 1 and 3, you cannot fine them or confiscate their driver's license (if applicable).
+
+5.5.2 Players with a level between 4 and 7 who need their license suspended will have the right to choose between suspending their driver's license and receiving the specific fine.
+
+5.5.3 If a player with a level between 4 and 7 has chosen the fine, paid it, and then repeated the offense, you cannot fine them again, so their license will be suspended according to the general department regulations.
+
+5.5.4 If a player is level 7 but their actual level is higher than 7 (they have RP for level 8+), they will not be allowed to choose between the fine and license confiscation but will be sanctioned by a fine and license confiscation.
+
+5.6 Players level 8+ who need their license suspended will not have a choice, as both administrative sanctions will be applied (driver's license suspension and fine).
+
+5.7 Any officer caught violating traffic rules will pay the corresponding fine.
+
+5.7.1 Any officer reported for violating traffic rules will pay a fine specified on the forum, in the Fines topic, where you can find this issue detailed. If they do not pay it within 48 hours, they receive a Faction Warn.
+
+5.7.2 Department members are not allowed to drive recklessly and intentionally disturb other traffic participants (examples: intentionally hitting other drivers multiple times, blocking the road, etc.) (sanction: Faction Warn).
+
+## 6. Driving
+
+6.1 Driving is considered improper when the player drives on the opposite lane for at least 3 seconds. If the player does not return to the correct lane during these seconds, the officer has the right to pull them over and sanction them. This rule also applies if the player uses the sand, grass, or other textures alongside the road. They cannot be used to avoid the correct lane.
+
+6.2 Driving is considered proper when it stays entirely within their lane or even when it slightly crosses onto the opposite lane.
+
+6.2.1 Driving is still considered proper when it cuts across lanes at a 90-degree angle.
+
+6.2.2 It is also considered proper driving when using grass, sand, etc., from the correct lane.
+
+6.3 Intentionally hitting other players repeatedly with their vehicle is considered obstructing other traffic participants or disturbing traffic.
+
+6.4 If you catch a department member driving on the wrong side (with a civilian car), you cannot confiscate their driver's license. Pull them over and take a screenshot with [/wanted], and if they claim to be chasing a non-surrender suspect, you are obligated to verify. If they are not chasing a non-surrender suspect, you give them a specific fine, which they must accept. Otherwise, you can report them via PM to their leader, and they will be sanctioned with a Faction Warn.
+
+6.5 If you catch a department member violating traffic rules while off-duty, you are obligated to pull them over and issue them a specific fine. If they do not stop after three warnings or refuse to pay the fine, you can file a complaint via PM to their leader, and they will be sanctioned with a Faction Warn.
+
+6.6 You are not allowed to suspend a driver's license for reasons other than those provided in the general department regulations and Wanted & Ticket List.
+
+6.7 You can confiscate the license of an AFK player in jail only if you have explained the reasons beforehand.
+
+6.8 You can confiscate the license of a player in jail as long as they are not AFK and you explain the reason for the suspension on the spot. In this case, you are obliged to specify the date, time, and location where the offense was committed.
+
+6.9 An officer sanctioning a player administratively is obliged to communicate the committed offense, the approximate area where it occurred, and the sanction to be applied. If the offense was committed at a different time or even on a different day, the officer is obliged to communicate, in addition to all the details mentioned earlier, the day and time when the player was caught breaking the law (sanction: Verbal Warning).
+
+6.9.1 If the suspect is administratively sanctioned within 10 minutes of committing the offense, the officer is no longer obliged to communicate any details, as the offense is recent enough for the player to know what they did. An exception to this rule is for players in jail (following the provisions mentioned in points 6.7 and 6.8).
+
+6.10 A member is not allowed to sanction a Tow Truck Company member who is in the process of towing a vehicle and has their beacon on (sanction: Faction Warn).
+
+6.11 A member is not allowed to sanction a Paramedics member who is on a mission with their beacon on. If you believe they are not truly on a mission, you can pull them over, and in case of potential abuse, they will be reported to their leader (sanction: Faction Warn).
+
+6.12 If a paramedic is caught violating traffic rules while transporting a corpse with a Paramedic Romero and the beacon is not visibly on, the officer is obliged to verify if the paramedic is indeed dealing with the corpse. The verification process involves following the paramedic to their current destination (pickup or delivery point of the corpse). If it is proven that the paramedic abused the beacon to drive improperly, the officer is permitted to report them on the website.
+
+## 7. Parking
+
+7.1 Improper parking is considered when a player leaves their vehicle in the middle of the road for more than 5 seconds. If a player is instructed to pull over, the officer is obliged to guide them to park properly on the right side, where there is space and does not obstruct other traffic participants (e.g., on the sidewalk, on the right side of the highway, on the right side of the tunnel, etc.).
+
+7.2 If the player refuses to park properly, then the officer has the right to sanction them. Also considered improper parking is when a player parks in the middle of the road while at the wheel for more than 60 seconds.
+
+## 8. The Radar
+
+8.1 Players who exceed the minimum speed limit (100, 130, or 160 km/h) by 1 - 2 km/h will not be penalized.
+
+8.2 When setting up/resuming a radar, regardless of the city you are in, you are obligated to announce it on the department chat, [/d].
+
+8.3 Before setting up a radar in a certain area, you must ask three times on [/d] if the area is clear, and if the area is not in your city, you must request permission from a rank 4+ on [/d]. If you do not receive a response or are refused, you must wait 5 minutes before making another request.
+
+8.3.1 You are obligated to have evidence of the permission received. If you do not have it, it will be considered that you set up the radar without permission and you will receive a Faction Warn.
+
+8.3.2 If a rank lower than 4 grants you the right to set up radar in another city, you will do so at your own risk, and you may be penalized as if you did not have evidence for the radar.
+
+8.4 Vehicles equipped with radar systems are: PD Car, Police Infernus, HPV-1000, and PD NRG-500.
+
+## 9. Summons
+
+9.1 Any summoning must be issued in the name of the players.
+
+9.2 If you need to pull over a player who has a wanted level, you are obligated to use [/m], following the rules above (sanction: Faction Warn).
+
+9.3 If a player WITHOUT a wanted level is a passenger in a vehicle and needs to be sanctioned for a misdemeanor, first pull over the driver, then, after they have stopped, instruct the passenger to exit. If they refuse to exit, grant them a wanted level for disobeying orders.
+
+9.4 If a player is instructed to exit a vehicle and fails to comply, grant them Wanted 2 "Disobeying orders".
+
+9.5 A person instructed to pull over by a police officer is required to park properly on the right side, otherwise, their license may be confiscated for improper parking.
+
+## 10. Treating Civilians
+
+10.1 Any player who is not part of a department is considered a civilian.
+
+10.2 You are not allowed to kill a civilian if they request it or for you to ask to be killed by a civilian. You can only request this from a colleague in departments or commit suicide (sanction: Faction Warn).
+
+10.3 Players who have a non-surrendering player as a passenger will be prompted once to use the [/eject] command on the non-surrendering player. If they do not comply within 15 seconds, they will be sanctioned with Wanted 6 "Accomplice".
+
+10.4 If a player remains motionless and unresponsive (AFK without an hourglass) when prompted to exit the vehicle, accept the license presentation request [/requestlicenses], pay a fine, or surrender, you must wait 30 seconds from the last prompt before proceeding with the appropriate sanction.
+
+!!! example "Exceptions"
+ If a player is in a vehicle parked correctly, not violating any rules, and is not moving (AFK without an hourglass), the officer does NOT have the right to prompt them to exit until the player moves again.
+ If a player who is not violating any rules remains motionless on the ground (e.g., is AFK without an hourglass at CNN), the officer is NOT allowed to request their licenses until the player moves again.
+
+ For both exceptions, if the officer has evidence that the player has recently moved or written in the chat and intentionally went AFK to avoid sanctioning, they can proceed normally while adhering to the main rule above.
+
+10.5 Routine traffic checks (involving stopping players driving vehicles) are only conducted using department vehicles. If the officer is on foot at the time of conducting the check, implicitly at the time of issuing warnings, how the officer arrived there is irrelevant (sanction: Faction Warn).
+
+10.6 Before conducting a routine check on players in a vehicle and prompting them to exit or before requesting licenses from a player carrying materials, you must ensure that the player is present at the computer (moving or chatting) and have evidence to this effect (sanction: Faction Warn).
+
+10.7 If a player refuses to exit the vehicle for a routine check after being prompted at least 3 times, they will receive Wanted 2 for "Disobeying Orders". Furthermore, if the suspect exits when prompted to surrender, and after using [/frisk] you notice they are in possession of drugs, you have the right to give them Wanted 3 for drug possession (totaling Wanted 5). If they are handcuffed and you need to confiscate the drugs, you can use [/eject] and then [/confiscate] at the department garage.
+
+## 11. Wanted Suspects
+
+11.1 The PDs deal with suspects with wanted levels 1 and 2 with the right to surrender.
+
+11.2 A police officer can arrest a suspect to whom they have given a wanted level, regardless of the level of wanted, provided they have the right to surrender.
+
+11.3 You are not allowed to pursue suspects with wanted levels 3+ who have the right to surrender if you did not give them the wanted level (sanction: Faction Warn).
+
+11.4 A police officer with a rank lower than 4 has the obligation that when a suspect with a wanted level of 3+ comes and surrenders to them, to handcuff them [/cuff], then announce on [/d] the suspect's ID, wanted level, and approximate location. The suspect will be handed over to whoever requests it on [/d]. You can only arrest the suspect with the consent of those responsible for them. If nobody responds on the department chat after asking three times, you have the right to arrest the suspect.
+
+11.5 The police officer has the obligation to hand over a suspect to another police officer if the latter has prompted them beforehand.
+
+11.6 Police officers are obligated to patrol only with department vehicles.
+
+11.7 Police officers of rank 1-2 are obligated to make arrests only with department vehicles.
+
+11.8 When taking a suspect into custody, you are obligated to use [/cuff].
+
+11.9 Suspects with the right to surrender lose their rights when they attack you at least 4 times with fists or shoot at you with at least 1 bullet.
+
+11.10 If you are attacked or killed by a suspect, regardless of your location (Jail/HQ/Garage/Other area), the suspect will receive wanted level 3 - "Cop Attack", respectively wanted level 5 - "Cop Kill".
+
+11.11 If a suspect (with the right to surrender) is AFK with a wanted level (on ESC), you warn them, announce on [/d] that they are AFK specifying the exact time, including seconds, and after 3 minutes (180 seconds), you can kill them.
+
+11.12 If the suspect remains motionless when asked to surrender (provided that they are found standing still and remain still after being warned), the officer must wait for 30 seconds before having the right to kill them.
+
+11.13 When arresting a suspect, you are obligated to take them to the nearest prison. For example, if you apprehend a suspect in the city of Los Santos, you must take them to the prison at LSPD. You are not allowed to transport them to prisons in other cities.
+
+11.14 When a player has been caught by radar or any other offense that leads to the confiscation of their driver's license, and their license is not immediately confiscated but instead they receive a wanted level, they can receive [/eject] in the garage of a department to have their license confiscated before being arrested.
+
+Observations:
+
+- If the suspect does not respond when asked to surrender, then the officer has the right (only) to kill them.
+- If the suspect says they do not surrender, then the officer has the right (only) to kill them.
+- If the suspect says they surrender and then flees on foot from the officer, then the officer has the right (only) to kill them.
+- If the suspect initially says they do not surrender or flees on foot from the officer, and then changes their mind and wishes to surrender, then the officer has the right (only) to kill them.
+- If the suspect says they surrender, and then attacks the officer, then the officer has the right (only) to kill them.
+- If the suspect says they do not surrender and flees in a vehicle, then the officer has the right to give them wanted for "Runner".
+- If the suspect does not respond when asked to surrender and flees in a vehicle, then the officer has the right to give them wanted for "Runner".
+- If the suspect says they surrender and then flees in a vehicle from the officer, then the officer has the right to give them wanted for "Runner".
+- If the suspect kills an officer, then they will automatically receive wanted with the reason "Cop Kill" without the right to surrender.
+- Under no circumstances are you allowed to clear the wanted level "Cop Kill", this is punishable by Faction Warn.
+- If the suspect has wanted (1+) and attacks an officer, then they will automatically lose their right to surrender and will be killed on the spot.
+- If you are attacked by a suspect, you have the right to kill them, regardless of the team you are assigned to.
+- If the suspect says they do not accept the fine, you have the right to give them Wanted 3 "Not Paying Ticket".
+
+## 12. Events
+
+12.1 A police officer can participate in events organized by an ADMIN or events organized by a player such as: Simon Says, trivia, race (as long as they drive correctly), stunt, find the location, deagle event, find and kill event, etc.
+
+12.2 When attending a violent event, you are required to take a screenshot showing the text "You are not on duty".
+
+## 13. Jobs
+
+13.1 It is forbidden to have materials, drugs, or other illegal items on you (sanction: Faction Warn).
+
+13.2 If you use another job, you are required to be off-duty.
+
+13.3 With the approval of an Admin 4+, you can take on illegal jobs in the case of a special event.
+
+13.4 You are not allowed to practice (use [/work] or other commands related to starting the job) any job other than Detective or Mechanic (strictly for maintaining pursuit vehicles) when you are on duty (sanction: Verbal Warning for the first offense, Faction Warn for the next).
+
+## 14. Release Warrants
+
+14.1 Members of rank 3+ can sell warrants (accept lawyers) to lawyers, thereby giving their consent for the release of players from jail.
+
+14.2 There is no universal price for [/lawyer], but each will negotiate their own price with the buyer within the limits set by the script. Anyone who violates the script's limits when selling a warrant will be sanctioned with Faction Warn.
+
+## 15. Department Vehicles
+
+

+15.1 Do not use police vehicles for personal purposes (sanction: Faction Warn).
+
+15.2 When you find a department vehicle, you are obligated to announce that you are taking it, for example: [/d] I found a bullet in the Bank SF area, I'm taking it.
+
+15.3 Members of Rank 5+ do not need to request approval, but they must provide a reason on [/d] before using them (sanction: Verbal Warning for the first offense, Faction Warn for the next).
+
+15.4 Respawn department vehicles after you have finished using them.
+
+15.5 In the case where a suspect without surrender jumps on tall buildings using a bicycle (exploiting the high jump bug), making it difficult to catch and kill, you have the right to open fire with Hunter or Hydra to kill them. If the suspect comes down from the building, you are not allowed to open fire anymore, but you continue the ground pursuit. Make sure you always have clear evidence before opening fire! Failure to comply with this rule will result in Faction Warn for the first offense, Rank Down for the second offense, and Dismissal if it continues.

+

+
+16.1 You are only allowed to wear the skin of your rank or lower ranks (e.g., a rank 4 roads member is allowed to wear rank 1, 2, or 3 skins from the roads category), and those of rank 5 can wear any lower rank skin, regardless of the corresponding team (sanction: Verbal Warning for the first offense, Faction Warn for the next).

+16.2 Wearing a skin of a higher rank is not permitted (sanction: Faction Warn).

+## 18. Testers
+
+18.1 Members ranked between 4 and 6 (inclusive) are strictly prohibited from changing a candidate's status to rejected/accepted without the leader's consent. Changing a player's status without the leader's consent is considered favoritism and is punished with a Faction Warn for the first offense, Rank Down if it continues.

+18.2 Before starting a test, make sure the applicant's communication channels are closed. Once you use [/ft] on a player, normally, their communication channels are automatically closed. The command [/togcomms] toggles the communication channels open or closed.

+
+Pe langa acest regulament, toti membrii au obligatia de a respecta inclusiv [Regulamentul Serverului](../..) cat si [Regulamentul Departamentelor](../department-rules.md).
+
+## 1. Comenzile Factiunii
+
+- [/r] - vorbesti pe chatul factiunii.
+- [/d] - vorbesti pe chatul comun intre departamente.
+- [/duty] - te pui la datorie.
+- [/mdc < id >] - verifici infractiunile unui jucator.
+- [/tazer] - montezi electrosocul pe Deagle si imobilizezi jucatorul in care tragi timp de 8 secunde.
+- [/su < id >] - acorzi wanted unui jucator dintr-o lista predefinita.
+- [/nearwanted] - deschizi o lista a jucatorilor cu wanted din apropierea ta.
+- [/wanted] - arata toti suspectii care au wanted.
+- [/m < text >] - din interiorul unui vehicul de politie, folosesti megafonul pentru a transmite un mesaj pe o raza mai mare.

+- [/lawyer < id > < pret >] - vinzi mandate de eliberare (ai nevoie de 15 puncte pentru un mandat).
+- [/acceptpoints] - afli cate puncte detii pentru a vinde mandate.
+- [/gov < text >] - chatul global guvernamental folosit doar pentru anunturi importante.
+- [/backup] - marcheaza pozitia pe harta si trimite un mesaj de ajutor tuturor departamentelor.
+- [/cbackup] - anuleaza mesajul de mai sus.
+- [/ticket < id >] - acorzi amenda unui jucator.
+- [/startradar < limita >] - amplasezi un radar cu o anumita limita de viteza.
+- [/stopradar] - opresti radarul.
+
+## 2. Dispozitii Generale
+
+2.1 Sunteti obligati sa ascultati intotdeauna de un rank superior. Cei care nu asculta de un rank superior, respectiv nu ii asculta ordinele, vor fi sanctionati dupa caz, de la Faction Warn la Demitere.
+
+2.2 Faction Warn Clear manual este un privilegiu oferit de conducerea LSPD, nu un drept. Nu cereti FW clear liderului sau subliderului (sanctiune: Faction Warn).
+
+## 3. Sedinte si Antrenamente
+
+3.1 Cine intarzie la sedinta / antrenament, va veni in Armoury / Sala de sedinte, fara a face galagie pe chat sau pe [/r].
+
+3.2 In timpul sedintelor sau antrenamentelor veti opri telefoanele si veti asculta de lider, sublider sau antrenor, pana cand acesta va da voie sa vorbiti. Pana atunci, sunteti obligati sa nu folositi chatul fara un motiv intemeiat (sanctiune: Avertisment Verbal sau Faction Warn, dupa caz).

+3.2.1 In timpul desfasurarii unei activitati, singurele persoane care au voie sa dea aprobari pentru folosirea vehiculelor din garaj sunt conducerea factiunii (sanctiune: Avertisment Verbal sau Faction Warn, dupa caz).
+
+3.3 Membrii prezenti la activitati sunt obligati sa respecte indicatiile organizatorului, cat si sa dea dovada de disciplina si respect fata de el. Glumele fara rost la adresa acestuia nu sunt permise (sanctiune: Avertisment Verbal sau Faction Warn, dupa caz).
+
+3.4 In cazul adminilor de nivel 1-3, daca activitatea obligatorie are loc pe parcursul desfasurarii warurilor, acestia vor fi automat invoiti, cu conditia ca ei sa-si indeplineasca atributiile de admin in ce priveste prinderea codatilor.
+
+3.5 In cazul subliderilor, liderul va decide daca doreste sa sanctioneze sau nu absenta acestora de la activitatile obligatorii cand acestia nu au cerere de inactivitate pentru saptamana respectiva.
+
+## 4. Rutiera si SWAT
+
+4.1 Sunteti obligati sa respectati apartenenta la echipa in care ati fost repartizati. Sanctiunile precizate in acest capitol se vor cumula, putand rezulta in Demitere voastra cu FP in cazul in care nu respectati aceasta apartenenta.

+### Rutiera
+
+4.2 Echipa rutiera se ocupa in principiu cu acordarea de amenzi si suspendarea licentei de condus a jucatorilor ce incalca regulile rutiere prevazute in topicul Wanted & Ticket List.
+
+4.3 Membrilor din echipa rutiera le este interzis sa foloseasca comanda [/confiscate] (droguri, arme, materiale etc) in timpul folosirii comenzii [/frisk] pentru verificarea alcoolemiei, sanctiunea fiind de Faction Warn! Daca un jucator surprins de radar detine lucruri ilegale asupra lui, se poate anunta acest lucru pe [/d], iar un coleg din SWAT se va ocupa de el.
+
+4.4 Un membru al echipei rutiere nu are voie sa aresteze decat suspectii al caror wanted a fost acordat de catre ei si suspectii care se predau la acestia din proprie initiativa, in cazul din urma fiind necesar sa intrebati pe [/d], daca puteti sa-l luati. De asemenea, pot raspunde prin omorarea suspectilor ce ii ataca (sanctiune: Faction Warn).
+
+4.5 Un membru al echipei rutiere nu are voie sa mearga dupa suspectii fara drept de predare (chiar daca le-a dat el wanted), indiferent de rank. Acestia pot doar raspunde prin omorarea suspectilor ce ii ataca, indiferent daca au sau nu drept de predare (sanctiune: Faction Warn).
+
+4.6 Membrilor din echipa rutiera le este interzis sa foloseasca masina personala (sa stea la panda, sa dea amenzi, etc). Ei trebuie sa foloseasca masinile departamentelor pentru actiuni rutiere (sanctiune: Faction Warn).
+
+4.6.1 Ei pot folosi masina personala doar daca au rank 3+ si vor sa aresteze un jucator caruia i-au acordat wanted.
+
+4.7 Patrularea in alte orase se va face cu aprobare de la un rank 3+ din departamentul respectivului oras.
+
+4.7.1 Daca dupa 3 cereri de permisiune pe [/d], cu minim 10 secunde intre ele, nu se primeste raspuns, membrul poate patrula.
+
+4.7.2 Membrul are obligatia sa detina dovezi cu acordul primit sau cu cele 3 cereri (sanctiune: Faction Warn).
+
+4.7.3 Sanctiunea pentru cei care patruleaza in alt oras desi au fost refuzati de departamentul orasului respectiv, deci neavand permisiune, este de Faction Warn.
+
+4.7.4 Singura situatie in care puteti sa confiscati permise in alte orase fara acord de patrula, este atunci cand sunteti in trecere si puteti dovedi asta. Daca dovezile voastre nu dovedesc ca erati in trecere, primiti Faction Warn.
+
+4.8 Nu aveti voie sa stati la panda pentru a cofisca carnete in alte orase, sub nicio forma (sanctiune: Faction Warn).
+
+4.9 Membrii echipei rutiera pot folosi dovezile altor politisti (indiferent de echipa) pentru a sanctiona un jucator.
+
+4.9.1 Nu aveti voie sa folositi dovezi primite de la civili, acestea vor fi considerate invalide, iar politistul va fi sanctionat ca atare, acea dovada fiind considerata invalida.
+
+4.10 Este interzisa sanctionarea suspectilor fara drept de predare atunci cand acestia incalca reguli de circulatie.
+
+### SWAT
+
+4.11 Echipa SWAT se ocupa cu urmarirea si arestarea suspectilor cu wanted 1-2, omorarea suspectilor fara drept de predare (doar rank 4+), perchezitionarea jucatorilor si confiscarea obiectelor interzise (materiale, droguri si arme) in baza regulamentului.
+
+4.12 Membrilor SWAT le este interzis sa puna radar (sanctiune: Faction Warn).
+
+4.13 Membrilor SWAT le este interzis sa desfasoare activitati de tip rutiera (confiscate, ticket, etc). Daca un membru SWAT surprinde un jucator ca circula neregulamentar, poate pasa dovezile unui membru de la echipa rutiera! (sanctiune: Faction Warn).
+
+4.14 Membrii rank 3+ care fac parte din echipa SWAT pot urmari/aresta cu aproape orice masina.
+
+4.15 Celor cu rank mai mic de 3 le este interzis sa foloseasca altceva decat vehiculele departamentelor pentru urmarirea suspectilor cu wanted. Regula se aplica doar in cazul in care membrul este SOFER (sanctiune: Faction Warn).
+
+4.16 Membrilor SWAT cu rank 4+ le este permis sa urmareasca orice suspect cu wanted (indiferent de nivelul actual de wanted, drept de predare).
+
+4.16.1 Celor cu rank mai mic de 4 le este interzis sa urmareasca si sa aresteze suspectii cu wanted mai mare de 2. Acestia au obligatia de a merge pe suspectii cu wanted 1-2, iar daca in Wanted List nu exista wanted 1 si 2 se va face poza prin care sa se demonstreze acest lucru, iar dupa aceea se poate pleca in urmarirea suspectilor cu wanted 3 si 4, iar apoi 5 si 6 (sanctiune: Faction Warn).
+
+4.17 Un membru al echipei SWAT poate face dovezi unui jucator care incalca regulile de circulatie si sa trimita dovada unui coleg din echipa rutiera.
+
+4.18 Orice dovada provenita de la un membru de departament va fi luata in considerare, cele provenite de la civili sunt invalide.
+
+4.19 Membrii factiunii cu rank 5+ activeaza in ambele echipe.
+
+4.20 Membrii SWAT de rank 2-3 pot urmari jucatorii cu wanted oferit de ei, indiferent de nivelul de wanted, atata timp cat acestia au drept de predare.
+
+## 5. Amenzi
+
+5.1 Daca jucatorul amendat nu plateste amenda pe loc (refuza sau fuge), politistul are dreptul sa-i acorde wantedul "Neplata amenda".
+
+5.2 Daca jucatorul nu are suficienti bani in mana pentru a plati amenda, politistul are obligatia sa-l duca la un ATM sau la banca pentru a scoate suma necesara pentru platirea amenzii. Daca jucatorul refuza, politistul are dreptul sa-i acorde wantedul "Neplata amenda". Daca jucatorul nu are suficienti bani in banca, acesta va primi wantedul pentru "Neplata amenda".
+
+5.3 Nu aveti voie sa amendati un jucator caruia i-ati acordat wanted 2 "Neconformare Ordin". Aceasta regula se aplica si in cazul jucatorilor care parasesc server-ul si primesc automat wanted 2 "Deconectare in urmarire" (sanctiune: Faction Warn).
+
+5.4 Nu aveti voie sa amendati jucatorii aflati in Jail (sanctiune: Faction Warn).
+
+5.5 Nu aveti voie sa dati bani unui jucator ce nu detine bani pentru a plati amenda (sanctiune: Faction Warn).
+
+5.5.1 Daca prindeti un civil cu levelul cuprins intre 1 si 3, nu ii puteti da amenda si nu ii puteti confisca licenta auto (daca este cazul).
+
+5.5.2 Jucatorii cu levelul cuprins intre 4 si 7 carora trebuie sa le suspendati licenta vor avea dreptul de a alege intre suspendarea licentei auto si primirea amenzii specifice.
+
+5.5.3 Daca jucatorul de level 4-7 a ales amenda, a platit-o, dupa care a repetat fapta, nu ii veti mai putea acorda alta amenda, asa ca i se va suspenda permisul conform regulamentului general al departamentelor.
+
+5.5.4 Daca jucatorul are nivel 7 dar nivelul real este mai mare decat 7 (Are RP pentru level 8+), acesta nu va mai avea voie sa aleaga intre amenda si confiscarea licentei, ci va fi sanctionat prin amenda si confiscarea licentei.
+
+5.6 Jucatorii de nivel 8+ carora trebuie sa le suspendati licenta nu vor avea de ales, fiind aplicate ambele sanctiuni contraventionale (suspendarea permisului de conducere si amenda).
+
+5.7 Orice politist care va fi prins incalcand regulile de circulatie va plati amenda corespunzatoare.
+
+5.7.1 Orice politist reclamat pentru incalcarea regulilor de circulatie va plati o amenda care va fi speicificata pe forum, in topicul de Amenzi, in care gasiti aceasta problema mai detaliata. In cazul in care acesta nu o achita in 48h, primeste Faction Warn.
+
+5.7.2 Membrii de departament nu au voie sa conduca abuziv si sa deranjeze cu intentie ceilalti participanti ai traficului (exemple: intratul intentionat de multiple ori in alti soferi, blocarea drumului, etc.) (sanctiune: Faction Warn).
+
+## 6. Condusul
+
+6.1 Se considera condus neregulamentar atunci cand jucatorul trece cu vehiculul pe sensul opus de mers pentru minim 3 secunde. Daca jucatorul nu revine pe sensul corect de mers in aceste secunde, politistul are dreptul sa-l traga pe dreapta si sa-l sanctioneze. Aceasta regula se aplica si daca jucatorul foloseste nisipul, iarba sau alte texturi alaturate drumului. Nu se pot folosi sa se evite sensul corect de mers.
+
+6.2 Se considera condus regulamentar atunci cand acesta este in totalitate pe banda sa sau chiar cand trece foarte putin pe banda opusa.
+
+6.2.1 Se considera condus regulamentar atunci cand acesta taie benzile la un unghi de 90 de grade.
+
+6.2.2 Se considera tot condus regulamentar atunci cand acesta foloseste iarba, nisipul etc. de pe sensul corect de mers.
+
+6.3 Se considera incurcarea celorlalti participanti in trafic sau deranj trafic, atunci cand jucatorul loveste in mod intentionat, in repetate randuri, alti jucatori cu vehiculul sau.
+
+6.4 In caz ca prindeti un membru de departament pe contra sens (cu masina de civili) nu puteti sa ii confiscati licenta de condus. Il trageti pe dreapta si faceti o poza la [/wanted], iar daca aceasta spune ca e dupa un suspect fara drept de predare sunteti obligati sa verificati. Daca nu este dupa un suspect fara drept de predare ii acordati amenda specifica, urmand ca acesta s-o accepte. In caz contrar, il puteti reclama prin PM liderului sau, iar acesta va fi sanctionat cu Faction Warn.

+6.5 Daca surprindeti un membru de departament incalcand regulile de circulatie, iar acesta nu este la datorie, aveti obligatia de a-l trage pe dreapta si de a-i acorda amenda specifica. In cazul in care acesta nu opreste dupa cele trei somatii sau refuza sa plateasca amenda, ii puteti face o reclamatie prin PM liderului sau, iar acesta va fi sanctionat cu Faction Warn.

+6.6 Nu aveti voie sa suspendati licenta de condus pentru alte motive decat cele prevazute in regulamentul general al departamentelor si Wanted & Ticket List.
+
+6.7 Puteti confisca licenta unui jucator AFK aflat in jail, doar daca i-ati dat explicatiile inainte.
+
+6.8 Puteti confisca licenta unui jucator aflat in jail atat timp cat acesta nu este AFK si ii explicati pe loc motivul suspendarii. In acest caz sunteti obligati sa specificati data, ora si locatia unde respectivul a comis fapta.
+
+6.9 Un politist care sanctioneaza contraventional un jucator este obligat sa-i comunice fapta savarsita, zona aproximativa unde a fost surprins, cat si sanctiunea care o sa fie aplicata. Daca fapta a fost comisa la alta ora sau chiar in alta zi, politistul este obligat sa-i comunice in plus, pe langa toate detaliile mentionate anterior, si ziua si ora cand a fost surprins incalcand legea (sanctiune: Avertisment Verbal).
+
+6.9.1 Daca suspectul este sanctionat contraventional in maxim 10 minute de la comiterea faptei, politistul nu mai este obligat sa-i comunice vreun detaliu, fapta fiind suficient de recenta incat jucatorul sa stie ce-a facut. Exceptie de la aceasta regula fac jucatorii aflati in jail (respectand prevederile mentionate la punctul 6.7, respectiv 6.8).
+
+6.10 Un membru nu are voie sa sanctioneze un membru Tow Truck Company care se afla in procesul de tractare al unei masini si are girofarul aprins (sanctiune: Faction Warn).
+
+6.11 Un membru nu are voie sa sanctioneze un membru Paramedics care se afla in misiune cu girofarul pornit. In cazul in care considerati ca nu este cu adevarat in misiune, il puteti trage pe dreapta, iar in cazul unui potential abuz, acesta va fi reclamat liderului (sanctiune: Faction Warn).
+
+6.12 In cazul in care un paramedic este surprins incalcand regulile de circulatie in deplasarea sa pentru a ridica/livra un cadavru cu Paramedic Romero si girofarul nu apare pornit, politistul este obligat sa verifice daca paramedicul se ocupa cu adevarat de cadavru. Procesul verificarii consta in urmarirea paramedicului pana la destinatia curenta (punctul de ridicare sau livrare a cadavrului). Daca se dovedeste ca paramedicul a abuzat de girofar pentru a conduce neregulamentar, politistul are permisiunea de a-l raporta pe website.
+
+## 7. Parcarea
+
+7.1 Se considera parcare neregulamentara atunci cand un jucator isi paraseste vehiculul in mijlocul drumului pentru mai mult de 5 secunde. Daca un jucator este somat sa traga pe dreapta, politistul are obligatia sa-l indrume sa parcheze corespunzator pe partea dreapta, unde are loc si nu incurca ceilalti participanti la trafic (e.g. pe trotuar, pe partea dreapta a autostrazii, pe partea dreapta a tunelului, etc.).
+
+7.2 Daca jucatorul refuza sa parcheze regulamentar, atunci politistul are dreptul sa-l sanctioneze. Tot parcare neregulamentara este cand jucatorul stationeaza in mijlocul drumului in timp ce este la volan pentru mai mult de 60 de secunde.
+
+## 8. Radarul
+
+8.1 Jucatorii ce incalca limita minima de viteza 100, 130 sau 160 km/h) cu 1 - 2 km/h nu vor fi sanctionati.
+
+8.2 Cand puneti/reluati un radar, indiferent de orasul din care faceti parte, sunteti obligati sa anuntati pe chatul departamentelor, [/d].
+
+8.3 Inainate de a pune radar intr-o anumita zona trebuie sa intrebati de 3 ori pe [/d] daca zona este libera, iar daca zona nu este din orasul vostru sa cereti permisiunea unui rank 4+ pe [/d]. Daca nu primiti raspuns sau sunteti refuzat trebuie sa asteptati 5 minute pana la urmatoarea cerere.
+
+8.3.1 Sunteti obligati sa aveti dovezi cu privire la acordul primit. In caz ca nu aveti, se va considera ca ati pus fara acord si veti primi Faction Warn.
+
+8.3.2 Daca un rank mai mic de 4 va ofera dreptul de a pune radar in alt oras, o veti face pe propria raspundere, putand fi sanctionati ca si cum n-ati avea dovada pentru radar.
+
+8.4 Vehiculele prevazute cu sistem radar sunt: PD Car, Police Infernus, HPV-1000 si PD NRG-500.
+
+## 9. Somatiile
+
+9.1 Orice somatie trebuie sa fie facuta pe numele jucatorilor.
+
+9.2 In cazul in care trebuie sa trageti pe dreapta un jucator care are wanted sunteti obligati sa folositi [/m], respectand regulile de mai sus (sanctiune: Faction Warn).
+
+9.3 Daca un jucator FARA wanted este pasager intr-o masina si e nevoie sa-l sanctionati contraventional, mai intai trageti pe dreapta soferul, apoi, dupa ce a oprit, somati pasagerul sa coboare. Daca acesta nu coboara, ii acordati wanted pentru neconformare ordin.
+
+9.4 Daca un jucator este somat sa coboare dintr-un vehicul si nu o face ii veti acorda Wanted 2 "Neconformare ordin".
+
+9.5 O persoana ce este somata sa traga pe dreapta de catre un politist este obligata sa parcheze corespunzator pe partea dreapta, in caz contrar risca sa i se confiste permisul pentru parcat neregulamentar.
+
+## 10. Tratarea Civililor
+
+10.1 Se considera civil orice jucator care nu face parte dintr-un departament.
+
+10.2 Nu aveti voie sa omorati un civil daca acesta va cere sa faceti asta sau sa cereti sa fiti omorat de catre unul. Puteti cere acest lucru unui coleg din departamente sau sa va sinucideti (sanctiune: Faction Warn).
+
+10.3 Jucatorii care au ca pasager un jucator fara drept de predare vor fi somati o singura data sa foloseasca comanda [/eject] pe jucatorul fara drept. Daca nu se conformeaza in 15 secunde vor fi sanctionati cu Wanted 6 "Complice".
+
+10.4 Daca un jucator sta nemiscat si nu raspunde (AFK fara clepsidra) atunci cand este somat sa coboare din masina, sa accepte solicitarea de prezentare a licentelor [/requestlicenses], sa plateasca amenda sau sa se predea, trebuie sa asteptati 30 de secunde de la ultima somatie pentru a trece la sanctionarea corespunzatoare a respectivului.

+ Daca un jucator este intr-un vehicul parcat regulamentar, nu incalca nicio regula si nu se misca (AFK fara clepsidra), politistul NU are dreptul sa-l someze sa coboare pana cand jucatorul se misca din nou.

+ Pentru ambele exceptii, daca cumva politistul are dovezi ca jucatorul a scris pe chat sau s-a miscat recent si s-a pus intentionat AFK in fata lui pentru a evita sanctionarea, acesta poate proceda normal respectand regula principala de mai sus.
+
+10.5 Controalele de rutina efectuate in trafic (presupune sa opresti jucatori care circula cu vehicule) se fac doar cu vehiculele departamentelor. Daca polisistul se afla pe jos la momentul efectuarii controlului, implicit in momentul acordarii somatiilor, e irelevant modul in care politistul a ajuns acolo (sanctiune: Faction Warn).

+10.6 Inainte de a efectua un control de rutina pe jucatorii aflati intr-un vehicul si de a-i soma sa coboare sau inainte de a solicita licentele unui jucator care detine materiale, trebuie sa va asigurati ca jucatorul este prezent la PC (sa se miste sau sa scrie in chat) si sa aveti dovezi in acest sens (sanctiune: Faction Warn).
+
+10.7 Daca un jucator refuza sa coboare din vehicul pentru control de rutina dupa ce a fost somat regulamentar de minim 3 ori, acesta o sa primeasca Wanted 2 pentru "Neconformare ordin". In continuare, daca suspectul coboara cand este somat sa se predea, si dupa ce ii acordati [/frisk] observati ca are in posesia sa droguri, aveti dreptul sa-i acordati si Wanted 3 pentru posesie droguri (in total Wanted 5). Daca a primit cuff si trebuie sa-i confiscati drogurile, se poate folosi [/eject] si dupa [/confiscate] in garajul departamentului.
+
+## 11. Suspectii cu Wanted
+
+11.1 PD-urile se ocupa de suspectii cu wanted 1 si 2 cu drept de predare.
+
+11.2 Un politist poate aresta suspectul caruia i-a dat wanted indiferent de wantedul pe care l-a dat, cu conditia sa aiba drept de predare.
+
+11.3 Nu aveti voie sa mergeti dupa suspectii cu wanted 3+ care au drept de predare daca nu le-ati acordat voi wanted-ul (sanctiune: Faction Warn).
+
+11.4 Un politist cu rank mai mic decat 4 are obligatia ca atunci cand un suspect cu wanted 3+ vine si i se preda, sa-l incatuseze [/cuff], dupa care sa anunte pe [/d] ID-ul suspectului, wanted-ul si locatia aproximativa unde se afla. Suspectul va fi predat celui care va solicita asta pe [/d]. Puteti aresta suspectul doar cu acordul celor responsabili de el. In cazul in care nimeni nu raspunde pe chatul departamentelor dupa ce ati intrebat de 3 ori, aveti dreptul de a aresta suspectul.
+
+11.5 Politistul are obligatia de a ceda un suspect altui politist daca acesta din urma l-a somat inainte.
+
+11.6 Politistii sunt obligati sa patruleze doar cu vehiculele departamentelor.
+
+11.7 Politistii de rank 1-2 sunt obligati sa aresteze doar cu vehiculele departamentelor.
+
+11.8 Cand luati un suspect in custodie sunteti obligati sa folositi [/cuff].
+
+11.9 Suspectii cu drept de predare isi pierd dreptul atunci cand va ataca de minim 4 ori cu pumnii sau trag cu cel putin 1 glont de arma in voi.
+
+11.10 In cazul in care sunteti atacati sau omorati de un suspect, indiferent de locul in care va aflati (Jail/HQ/Garaj/Alta zona), suspectul va primi wanted 3 - "Atacare politist", respectiv wanted 5 - "Omorare politist".
+
+11.11 Daca un suspect (cu drept de predare) este AFK on wanted (pe ESC), il somati, anuntati pe [/d] ca este AFK precizand ora exacta, incluzand secundele, iar dupa 3 minute (180 secunde) il puteti omori.
+
+11.12 Daca suspectul sta nemiscat atunci cand este intrebat daca se preda (cu conditia ca el sa fie gasit stand pe loc si sa ramana pe loc dupa ce a fost somat), politistul trebuie sa astepte 30 de secunde, dupa care are dreptul sa-l omoare.
+
+11.13 Cand arestati un suspect sunteti obligati sa-l arestati la cea mai apropiata inchisoare. Spre exemplu, daca prindeti un suspect in orasul Los Santos, trebuie sa-l duceti la inchisoarea de la LSPD. Nu aveti voie sa-l plimbati pana la inchisorile din alte orase.
+
+11.14 Atunci cand un jucator a fost surprins de radar sau orice alta abatere care duce la confiscarea licentei de condus, iar acestuia nu ii este confiscata imediat licenta, ci primeste wanted, el va putea primi [/eject] in garajul unui departament pentru a i se confisca licenta inainte de a fi arestat.
+
+Observatii:
+
+- daca suspectul nu raspunde cand este intrebat daca se preda, atunci politistul are dreptul (doar) sa-l omoare.
+- daca suspectul spune ca nu se preda, atunci politistul are dreptul (doar) sa-l omoare.
+- daca suspectul spune ca se preda iar apoi fuge pe jos de politist, atunci politistul are dreptul (doar) sa-l omoare.
+- daca suspectul spune in prima faza ca nu se preda sau fuge pe jos de politist, iar mai apoi se razgandeste si doreste sa se predea, politistul are dreptul (doar) sa-l omoare.
+- daca suspectul spune ca se preda, iar apoi ataca politistul, atunci politistul are dreptul (doar) sa-l omoare.
+- daca suspectul spune ca nu se preda si fuge cu un vehicul, atunci politistul are dreptul sa-i dea wanted pentru „RunnerRunnerRunnerOmorare politist” fara drept de predare.
+- nu aveti voie sub nicio forma sa dati clear la wantedul “Omorare politist”, acest lucru se sanctioneaza cu Faction Warn.
+- daca suspectul are wanted (1+) si ataca un politist, atunci acesta isi va pierde dreptul automat si va fi omorat pe loc.
+- daca sunteti atacati de catre un suspect, aveti dreptul sa-l ucideti, indiferent de echipa in care sunteti repartizat.
+- daca suspectul spune ca nu accepta amenda, aveti dreptul de a-i acorda Wanted 3 "Neplata amenda".
+
+## 12. Evenimente
+
+12.1 Un politist poate participa la evenimentele organizate de catre un ADMIN sau la evenimentele organizate de un jucator cum ar fi: simon spune, trivia, race (atata timp cat circula corect), stunt, gaseste locatia, event deagle, event find and kill etc.
+
+12.2 Cand mergeti la un eveniment violent sunteti obligati sa faceti o poza in care sa va apara textul "You are not on duty".
+
+## 13. Joburi
+
+13.1 Este interzis sa aveti asupra voastra materiale, droguri sau alte obiecte ilegale (sanctiune: Faction Warn).
+
+13.2 Daca folositi alt job, sunteti obligati sa fiti off-duty.
+
+13.3 Cu acordul unui Admin 4+ se pot lua si job-uri ilegale in cazul unui eveniment special.
+
+13.4 Nu aveti voie sa practicati (sa folositi [/work] sau alte comenzi aferente pornirii job-ului) alt job in afara de cel de Detectiv sau Mecanic (strict pentru intretinerea masinilor in urmarire) atunci cand sunteti on duty (sanctiune: Avertisment Verbal la prima abatere, Faction Warn la urmatoarea).
+
+## 14. Mandate de Eliberare
+
+14.1 Membrii de rank 3+ pot vinde mandate (accept lawyers) avocatilor, astfel dandu-si acordul in vederea scoaterii din jail a unor jucatori.
+
+14.2 Nu exista pret universal pentru [/lawyer], ci fiecare va negocia cu cumparatorul un pret propriu, in limitele stabilite de script. Cine incalca limitele stabilite de script la vanzarea unui mandat va fi sanctionat cu Faction Warn.
+
+## 15. Vehicule Departamente
+
+
+
+- 23 Police Car - Rank 1.
+- 8 HPV - Rank 1.
+- 5 Police Ranger - Rank 2.
+- 3 NRG-500 - Rank2.
+- 1 Police Maverick - Rank 2.
+- 2 Predator - Rank 2.

+15.1 Nu folositi vehiculele de politie in scopuri personale (sanctiune: Faction Warn).
+
+15.2 Atunci cand gasiti o masina dintr-un departament sunteti obligati sa anuntati ca o luati, exemplu: [/d] Am gasit un bullet in zona Bank SF, il iau.
+
+15.3 Membrii de Rank 5+ nu trebuie sa ceara aprobare, insa trebuie sa ofere un motiv pe [/d] inainte de a le folosi (sanctiune: Avertisment Verbal la prima abatere, Faction Warn la urmatoarea).
+
+15.4 Respawnati masinile departamentelor dupa ce v-ati terminat treaba cu ele.
+
+15.5 In cazul in care suspectul fara drept de predare sare pe cladiri inalte folosind o bicicleta (folosindu-se de bugul high jump), fiind greu de prins si omorat, aveti dreptul de a deschide focul cu Hunter sau Hydra pentru a-i omori. Daca suspectul coboara de pe cladire, nu mai aveti voie sa deschideti focul, ci continuati urmarirea terestra. Asigurati-va ca aveti intotdeauna dovezi clare inainte de a deschide focul! Nerespectarea acestei reguli se va sanctiona cu Faction Warn la prima abatere, Rank Down la a doua abatere si Demitere daca va continua.

+## 16. Skinurile Factiunii
+
+
+
+16.1 Aveti voie sa purtati doar skinul rankului vostru sau al rankurilor inferioare (e.g. un membru de rank 4 rutiera are voie sa poarte skin de rank 1, 2 sau 3 din categoria rutiera), iar cei de rank 5 pot purta orice skin de rank inferior, independent de echipa careia corespunde (sanctiune: Avertisment Verbal la prima abatere, Faction Warn la urmatoarea).

+16.2 Nu este permisa purtarea unui skin de rank superior (sanctiune: Faction Warn).

+## 17. Harta Limitelor de Viteza

+## 18. Testeri
+
+18.1 Membrilor cu rank cuprins intre 4 si 6 (inclusiv) le este strict interzis sa modifice statutul candidatului in respins/acceptat fara acordul liderului. Modificarea statutului jucatorului fara acordul liderului se considera favorizare si se pedepseste cu Faction Warn prima data, Rank Down daca continua.
+
+18.2 Inainte de a incepe un test, asigurati-va ca aplicantul are caile de comunicatii inchise. Odata ce folositi [/ft] pe un jucator, in mod normal, acestea i se inchid automat. Comanda [/togcomms] inchide sau deschide caile de comunicare.
+
+18.3 In cazul recrutarilor in care candidatul poate da test cu orice tester, un tester nu va avea voie sa sustina teste cu un jucator din acelasi clan/alianta cu el (sanctiune: RANK DOWN + Faction Warn). Exceptie fac liderul si subliderii, impreuna cu eventualele situatii speciale ce pot aparea, stabilite de conducere, in care se poate tolera acest lucru, aplicate pe loc in functie de caz.
+
+18.4 In cazul recrutarilor in care fiecarui candidat ii este acordat un tester sau mai multi, testerii nu vor avea voie sa dea test cu altcineva decat cu candidatii la care au fost repartizati. Exceptie fac Rank 6, ei pot da test cu orice candidat oricand (sanctiune: RANK DOWN + indepartarea functiei de tester).

+## 19. Filtre si Perchezitii
+
+19.1 Filtrele pot sa fie organizate de catre departamentele de politie doar de 2 ori pe luna (nu este obligatoriu).
+
+19.2 Pe durata filtrelor se poate acorda wanted 2 pentru "Neconformare ordin" la 2 somatii, dar trebuie anuntat pe [/gov] din 5 in 5 minute acest aspect pe toata durata filtrului.
+
+19.3 Mandatele de perchezitie pot sa fie organizate de catre departamentele de politie doar o data pe luna (nu este obligatoriu).
+
+- aceasta activitate presupune controlul sediilor mafiotilor si poate sa fie organizata de orice membru rank 5+.
+- aceasta activitate trebuie sa fie anuntata cu 48 de ore inainte de a avea loc.
+
+## 20. Amenzi
+
+20.1 Aceste amenzi o sa fie acordate in joc folosind sistemul de [/fines] doar de catre lider sau sublideri atunci cand este necesar in baza unor dovezi clare. Aceste amenzi pot sa fie achitate in maximum 48 de ore de cand au fost primite. Membrii care nu platesc amenzile active prin comanda [/fines] in maximum 48 de ore de cand le-au primit o sa fie sanctionati automat de catre server cu Faction Warn.
