Change the way that masters are produced to avoid performing a new combination

Currently the pipeline waits until a minimum number of biases are present and then combines them. After, if a new bias shows up, the pipeline combines them from scratch. We want to avoid that, and make sure that the new bias is added to the master using the appropriate math
