As a developer of a new resource tree (such as WebDAV (#126), Git (#261), or ZIP archives (#149)), I would like to load available nodes asynchronously, so that I can use async APIs and reduce CPU usage.

Acceptance criteria

  • Resource trees can be implemented asynchronously
