Simple feature request: Disable logging option

I love this project and all it brings. My only problem is that it always creates logs in the logs folder and populates the OUTPUT.TXT file.

Once I properly configure a game and it plays for hours, I may not be interested in logging regular game activity. If it ever crashes, I want the ability to turn logging back on to reproduce the error, but I don't want to leave it on in the vague chance that I'll want to access logs and debug after playing for a while.
