Recently rockets received a feature that allows you to repair engine failures such as performance loss and loss of thrust without having to leave the pad. This repair can take less than a day.

Currently, if an X-Plane suffers a similar engine failure, the only way to repair that failure is to completely replace the engine by KCT editing the plane in the SPH. This can take as much as 85 days to complete, as the edit percentage went from 100% complete to 37% complete when I replaced a single XLR11 that had a performance loss on a dual XLR11 craft.

It would be great if on X-Plane recovery, there was a 'recover to SPH and repair failures' option, with a slight time penalty relative to a normal recovery. This would also reduce player confusion, as you cannot see whether an engine has a failure when looking at the craft in the SPH. The player would only find out on their next launch that their craft still has a failed engine if they were unaware of how to repair the failure.
