I'd have to rewrite most of the regexes which would take an hour or so. If I have time I'll try to get to it. Feel free to tackle it yourself, however.

👍 I'd love to see a Markdown to BBcode, as most forums use BBcode instead of Markdown.

It wouldn't be too hard, but I have literally zero need of that and no
spare time. Open to PRs as always.
