Guardians Error when removing guardian

Describe the bug

User reported bug when removing 1 guardian of his 5!

This may be fixed, but I am not sure

1,000 SEEDS for whoever fixes this - as per user.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set up 5 guardians
2. Remove 1
3. Add another guardian so it's 5 again

Current behavior
Popup prevents adding this guardian, saying guardians have accepted

Expected behavior
Possible to add the 5th guardian and go to activate

I think what actually needs to happen is that when you remove 1 of 5 guardians, the "activate guardians" button should re-appear.
