Black bar still seen in light mode

when i tried to change it to light mode, there is still a black bar under last contact (jamus doe) listed.

This is not a black bar, this is the background of the contact list.

Reason for disagreement: Why is the top background the other bars either light grey or white but the background of the contact list still black? Unstandardised implementation of the light mode.
