Carousel needs to be made more responsive, either set not to collapse below a minimum width as I did with the body, or set footer to follow position of carousel if it does collapse, or, ideally, make entire page responsive without a minimum width (would need many changes). #46

Site currently only looks good on laptop screens and bigger.
