Make remove_tmp_dir and remove_repo into one parameter #13

If rm_tmp repo, delete each repo one at a time too.

If not rm_tmp_repo, keep all cloned repos too

It is confusing and unnecessary to have two, since removing each repo, but keeping the empty tmp dir doesn't make sense.
