There were no ThumbExports from this file. Is that because there were no colorbars? Is that in a different branch?

Yes, this will only output thumbnails of "failed" frames. Right now the only qct-parse check that is supported is barsEvaluation. So, no bars, no bars evaluation, no failed frames.

I will be doing lots of qct-parse updates to better integrate with the GUI and incorporate the updates from AMIA Hack Day `24 (we won “Best Solution to the Problem" 💁‍♂️), but I'm waiting until GUI integration is more stable.
