Vietnam & Kublai Khan pack incompatible, trade screen broken

The trade screen is now broken with Concise UI, most likely because they updated the way it looks. This leads to the trade screen looking broken and the buttons looking out of place, with one of them looking blank.

Workaround // Thanks to nut9931:

"CUI deal panel, great work panel problem solving method

1. Search cui.modinfo
   Location : C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\289070\1671978687
2. Open cui.modinfo File (Backup require)
3. Press Control+F, then Search deal_panel, great_work
4. Remove all codes containing deal_panel and great_work found by search and Save
5. Test and Done
