"Duplicate entry" after restarting the server

I created 3 shops and after restarting the server, I got this error message in server console:

This would not be a problem but the shops holograms disapears because of it. To appear, I always have to click on the chest shop. Now imagine if I have 200 chest shops and have to open one by one to make holograms to show up again...
I'm running Purpur server git-Purpur-2176 (MC: 1.20.4) and I'm using MySQL as storage for the chest shops.
