Currently all of the Islandora 7 repos look stale to new comers because of the lack of activity. There is no clear indication (at the repo level) to new users that i7's EOL (end-of-life) is coming soon due to Drupal 7's EOL and Islandora 2.0.0 is the suggested version.

My suggestion is to add to each repo a suggested version at the top of the README.md file. With a reference to a wiki page or something as to why i7 is being deprecated and when.

Melissa pointed to an example, on the documentation: https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/ISLANDORA/Start

I'll try making a PR to a single repo as an example but not sure I can dedicate the time needed to update all i7 repos
