Broken Link to DAPS in the Index.md Documentation

The index.md defines a broken link to DATS in the third alinea of the section Manual and Documentation.

The link is directing to 'https://github.com/International-Data-Spaces-Association/IDS-G/tree/master/core/DAPS' while this should be 'https://github.com/International-Data-Spaces-Association/IDS-G/blob/main/Components/IdentityProvider/DAPS'

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://international-data-spaces-association.github.io/DataspaceConnector/' or 'https://github.com/International-Data-Spaces-Association/DataspaceConnector/blob/main/docs/index.md'
2. Click on 'DATS' in the third alinea of the section Manual and Documentation.
3. See error 404 Page not found

Expected behavior
A correct redirection towards the IDS-G DATS documentation pages.

• Browser: chrome
• Version (DSC): 107.0.5304.110
