Call IANAMediaTypeBuilder with proper IANA Media Type.

Analyze usage of ids:filenameExtension as it is used arbitrary. See
Refactor DSC, Msg Services, and DSC UI to use filename extension (e.g., xml) instead of MIME type
Find mapper translation for filename Extension to IANAMediaType
Auto generate IANAMediaType based on filename extension
