How would you create a custom strategy, that measures the 100/15 standard?
As far as I understand, the timeInView parameter defines a continuous time in view. This is a bit strict for 15s (or 50% of duration) timeInView - and not how certified measurement providers work AFAIK: For example, if you scroll out of view (and pause the ad while not 100% in view) then scroll back (and continue), the timer should then accumulate (not restart).
Is it currently possible to set it up like this? If not - planned for the future?
Thanks in advance!
