right now there only is a warning asking about if the writer has brought up the complaint with the teacher. Right now this is quite a lot of text and easily skipped.

I would like an unchecked checkbox that needs to be checked before they can actually file the complaint that says "I have contacted the teacher or module coordinator and could not resolve this problem with them on my own"
