Oliver has asked us if we have a way to migrate all of the IA videos on the website that are still on youtube to Streaming.IA, as manually doing this will be very tedious.
I was thinking:
Download the videos from the youtube channel using yt-dlp or similar tool
Create the thumbnail file and preview .gif metadata files that Streaming.IA requires
Put the video, thumbnail and .gif file on the streaming server volume
Manually update the streaming.ia database to add the video
Probably will require a bit of custom scripting but should be doable.

P.S. It seems the streaming platform is having some performance issues (and maybe some crashes) where it is sometimes unavailable and videos cannot be added from the website. We should look into this, maybe by adding some extra tracing logging to the website or by looking at the kubernetes pod logs.
