+1.每天半小时 - 一小时雅思网课学习 ：21 天期间完成雅思口语 7节课（已经完成一节，还剩六节课，每节课 2 小时），穿插雅思听力、阅读和写作课程
+
+2.因为词汇是阅读和写作的重难点，所以也会每天记忆单词：每天 20个，将在“新东方雅思pro ”中的那四本词书，按照口语、听力、阅读、写作的顺序进行
+
+3.每周2 - 3次，每次 1小时 菲律宾外教一对一口语训练
+
