rename variables/function

Is it possible, using LibCST, to rename a variable or function in a file such that all references to that variable are also renamed? Going further, is it possible to rename a function in a Python project and make sure that all relative imports in that project are adapted accordingly?

Not sure if this is outside LibCST's scope.
