Add extra checks before merging to main, so that accidentally merges from feature branches cannot be merged to the main branch

It have now happened a few times that a PR from a feature branch is accidentally merged into the main branch instead of the develop branch, so extra checks should be added to avoid this. The only PR that should be allowed to the main are from the develop branch and branches that starts with "hotfix"
