(1.19.2) drowned necromancer cloth and possibly necromancer cloth not working #235

mod ver 5.0.5 libraries ver 3.0.9
when you equip the drowned necromancer cloth it doesn't follow the players head

idk how it looked before but this doesn't look right to me
