No CHANGELOG, no release notes

This module doesn't appear to have:

• a CHANGELOG.md, HISTORY.md, or CHANGES.md
• any release notes accompanying releases
• a wiki or website
• an issue or PR containing release notes

As a consumer of this module, how should I determine whether it is safe to upgrade from 1.x to 2.x?

I would recommend either a CHANGELOG.md document at the root of the repo or release notes attached to release tags.

+1 on this! Had to dig through each individual commit from the previous version up to now to figure out what actually changed and if this was a safe upgrade... For other people wondering, it's a major since they stopped supporting node versions less than 10 (#35) but no other changes.
