search_name incomplete for certain languages #473

Just noting this in passing as it may lead to problems in future.

The search_name field in cache_taxa_taxon_lists is empty when languages such as Japanese, Russian, or Bulgarian are used for the name. The regular expression used for populating the field assumes a latin character set.
