Messages when installing with composer (laravel 5.4.30):

patchwork/utf8 suggests installing ext-wfio (Use WFIO for UTF-8 filesystem access on Windows)
Package guzzle/guzzle is abandoned, you should avoid using it. Use guzzlehttp/guzzle instead.

This project isn't actively maintained anymore. I just added a snippet to the readme looking for new maintainers.
